THREE Holiday Houses - Self- Catering Sleeping a maximum of 12/14 persons. (Pechaudier, Air Conditioned, if Required Charged Locally.) (Strictly Non Smoking) Created and Renovated from the Old Stables and Farmhouse. These Lovely Houses enjoy a Sunny South westFacing position with absorbing views of The Black Mountains & our Five majestic Plane Trees in one direction and the Colourful garden, Superb Pool Area & Fields in the other. All the Houses (Gites) are "Fully Insulated" for Sound, Coolness in Summer and Warmth in Winter. Electric heating is fitted for out-of-season lets. All windows in hardwood are double glazed as are the entrance doors. A High-Tech Acoustic Floor separates the ground & 1st floors for "quietness". Very Effective. Sound-proofing on Internal Walls. The Ground Floors: Kitchen, Dining & Lounge areas are of an Open Plan design and the IKEA colourful kitchens all have a s/less steel anti-stain dble-bowl sink units and all the necessary equipment, including, a Dishwasher, Gas oven/cooker, M/wave, Large Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Coffee machine, Kettle,foil,cling film,& all cleaning materials. Each House has its own 200 litre electric hot water supply, softened water... Smoke alarms are fitted for your safety. "A great holiday ! Lauragais had everything we hoped for & more ! The Bedrooms: Each one of the Three Houses (Gites) has Two Spacious Double Bedrooms, Each enjoying their Own En-suite Facilities consisting of, A Large Shower, Vanity unit and W.C. electric wall heaters. All Linen and Towels are Supplied. Inc Pool Towels The Outdoors: The exterior of each house is divided by Colourful Ironwork & potted shrubs, donating your "private area". Outdoor furniture is provided for you to dine "Al fresco" & experience the "Fabulous Sunsets" of outdoor living. Calm & tranquillity being a "speciality" here, with only the numerous birds "The Wood Peckers" breaking the silence. (Not forgetting the chattering jays) Ample private parking - Entry/Exit to property via coded electric gate/video phone. Great selection of books, games, petanques, board-games and garden ropes and swing. We Welcome Young Adults, 6 yrs ish, nice ones please !!. No pets and all our accommodation is strictly non smoking......... SUITABLE.. For Families, Couples, Family-groups, Special Occasions, & those of a mature nature who enjoy the "Good Things of Life" !!!!! A Welcome Pack of "Goodies" to all gites; Bread, Milk, Home-made jam, Butter, Eggs etc AND of course, Wine.!!!! La Baysse garden produce, when available, can be purchased & also Home-made Confitures & various chutneys .... Utterly Delicious!! As is the "Pink" SNOW DROP WALK GIN! ASK!!....... Our "Hello Evenings" are very "Memorable", allowing you to sit back and enjoy a little piece of "Our Paradise" while we cook for you. A great way to get to know our fellow guests!!! If you have a "Special Occasion" you would like to "Celebrate" just let us know. Your terraced "Candlelit Dinner" will be very "Memorable"....... Our cellar has "delicious" local red and white wines.
