A Security deposit of 150 euros .inc( 25euros
.cleaning charge )must be paid
on arrival in cash and will be refunded
on departure ,subject to breakage's and damage
in excess of normal wear and tear as assessed by the owners.
Any damage or breakage occurring during your stay
must be reported to the owners as soon as possible. We ask
that you leave the property in the clean
and tidy condition in which it was found,otherwise
the 25 euros s,cleaning charge will be deducted
6. The
client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take all reasonable
care of the property and contents and not to act in such a way
that will be disruptive to neighbours or in the hamlet of Les Moureaux.
7. The
owners shall not be liable to the client for any temporary defect
or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property, or
for any loss damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather
conditions or other matters beyond the owners control. Riot, war,
strikes, nor in respect of any equipment, plant, machinery or appliance
in the property, garden or swimming pool.
8.
No person who is not mentioned in the booking form may occupy the
gites for the period specified. The maximum persons per gite is
4/5, unless the owners have given written
permission.
9. The
client and their party acquire no rights whatsoever over the property
excepting occupation as a holiday let for the period booked. The
client shall not sub-let the property. 10. Under
no circumstances shall the owners liability to the client exceed
the amount paid to the owners for the rental period. 11. Personal
belongings including car and contents are at the owners risk at
all times. No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage.
The client is strongly recommended to
take out appropriate insurance.
12.
Use of the pool is done so at the clients
own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for any
injury.
13. To
reduce fire risk and for the comfort of fellow holiday makers smoking
is NOT allowed inside
the gites, on the pool terraced area and in the fields due to very
dry conditions. We ask you not to leave cigarette ends in the garden.
14. All
electricity, fuel, bed linen, shower mats, and towels, pool
towels are included in the price. For rental periods during the winter
months there may be an additional charge for electricity and fuel
which will be discussed in advance of the booking confirmation.
15. Any
chargeable expenses arising during the rental period should be
settled before departure.
16. The
property is available Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals
from 4pm and departure time is 10am prompt.
This may be negotiated, in the low season by discussion
in advance of booking. The owners shall not, be obliged to offer
accommodation
before the time stated and the client shall not be entitled to
remain in occupation after the time stated.
17. No
pets, smoking (see clause 13), nor camping on the property. 18. The
website/brochure is shown in good faith. Details and prices/offers
will change without prior notice. All details are given in good
faith but the owners do not hold themselves responsible for errors.
19. Data
protection. We do NOT pass
on your private details. 20. Children
of family or friends may be present on the odd occasion.
We
